First, the major focus of each course we offer is to elevate and enhance your current skill set. Our courses are built to intentionally feed you a number of powerful, bite sized strategies. In doing so, you will feel both confident and empowered to implement these strategies right away. Also, you can access our courses any time they fit into your schedule. Every strategy details not only the what but also the why and the how.
Instructional Coaching
This is a custom service and is designed for Professional Learning Communities (PLC's), small groups (up to 6), grade level teams, or current instructional coaches. Support can include a variety of topics such as strategy application and analysis, differentiation, assessments, standards reporting, data analysis, new teacher support, and state induction programming. Teacher Talk
Teachers, have you ever just needed to speak with someone who really gets it? Maybe you have your work bestie, but you can't really tell them what's in the recesses of your mind. You know, like, "Do I really want to teach here another year, or find greener grass?" Or maybe you just need some straight talk. This support has been designed for you to ask questions, vent, or get sound advice from someone who can help you focus on the solutions that will work best for you.
