Dr. Julie Sale

Founder/Lead Consultant

Having spent my entire professional career in the field of education, it would not be a stretch to say that I am very passionate about what I do. It has been such a blessing to be able to teach in all levels of education from kindergarten through the collegiate level, including serving as an administrator. Having worked with such diverse groups, I strive to bring out the very best in everyone I serve by meeting individuals exactly where they are along their life and learning continuum.

My educational background includes a robust blend of both Education and Psychology:

Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Education and in Psychology
Master of Arts in Educational Psychology
PhD in Psychology with a focus on Cognition and Instruction and Brain Research

I believe that my training and experiences have been an invaluable asset in peeling back the layers of learning for all students; making it both fun and accessible. In continuing to serve in this industry, I am driven by two important convictions:

I believe that when students don’t learn the way we teach, we must, instead, teach the way they learn.
My heart continually reminds me that people will remember us not for what we say, but for how we make them feel.
